Please take the time to read through each product description for details on the fit of each piece of apparel. In the event that you need to exchange your size, we will process the exchange within one week of the date of delivery [based on USPS tracking data] if the item is in original condition. Original condition is: unworn, unwashed, and free of: perfume/fragrance, smoke exposure, and pet exposure. At this time, we do not have a brick & mortar store front, all exchanges take place via United States Postal Mail. We do not allow exchanges on "Markdown” apparel.
To begin the exchange process, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title "PRODUCT EXCHANGE" and include your order number in the body of the e-mail. Buyer is responsible for all related shipping costs.

All orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided, and may take one full business day to show activity with the USPS.
