In the event that you need to exchange your size, we will process the exchange within one week of the date of delivery [based on USPS tracking data] if the item is in original condition. Original condition is: unworn, unwashed, and free of: perfume/fragrance, smoke exposure, and pet exposure. At this time, we do not have a brick & mortar store front, all exchanges take place via United States Postal Mail. We do not allow exchanges on "Markdown” apparel.

All orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided, and may take one full business day to show activity with the USPS.
